Accuracy of Information
DadsBunkBeds.com works to ensure that all information on our Web site is accurate and current, but we make no warranties nor representations as to the accuracy of information and accept no liability nor responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of this web site. All of the product images on this web site are high resolution and represent our product line as accurately as we can. It is our policy that we do not offer full refunds due to product style or buyers remorse. All customers are welcome to inquire free of charge via email about the specifications of any item prior to purchase. All product images are for general consumer information only and finish and/or color can vary for each particular item. All wood products, due to its natural origin, will vary in finish and grain. We strive to maintain the highest quality products in its price class; however, products are subject to variances in finish as wells as natural grain patterns, knots, etc. We do not guarantee exact color, tone, intensity of stain or finish of any of our products, nor do we guarantee exact color matching for products that you may already own. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at anytime due to pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered, DadsBunkBeds.com will provide you with the option to pay the correct sale price and/or the difference in cost. A full refund will be issued by us for orders cancelled by DadsBunkBeds.com.
Ordering Products
Orders placed with DadsBunkBeds.com are processed using a secure server with encryption. Availability and price of products on this web site are subject to change at the sole discretion of us, including any updates and/or changes to our product line. Order processing begins once checkout has been completed. Once processing and a shipping has been palletized (usually within 2 business days), we are unable to cancel or change your order without penalty. Users of this website assume sole responsibility for reviewing their order and notifying DadsBunkBeds.com of any changes to any order, including delivery address, item selection, quantity or finish. All placed orders are assumed as being correct unless we are contacted to the contrary via email within 24 hours of a placed order. DadsBunkBeds.com accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks or Cash. Any item/s that are ordered which are inadvertently out of stock at the time of processing, DadsBunkBeds.com will provide you with the ability to change your order to a different item, wait for the re-stock of the original item ordered or cancel the order. Any person who knowingly commits fraud with the unauthorized use of a credit card is liable for all legal fees, including attorney fees and court costs which are applicable by state and federal law.
Cancellations/Returns
Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing an order without fee or penalty. Orders can be cancelled by contacting us via telephone at (866) 682-7775, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Central Standard Time. Orders cannot be cancelled by e-mail or voice mail. No exceptions. Orders after this time frame can still be cancelled; however, if your order has already been forwarded to be shipped, the purchaser is responsible for both the initial shipping cost and the cost to return the order to the warehouse from it's location at time of cancellation. All shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchase price paid. The buyer agrees to a 30% restocking fee for all returned products in addition to freight charges, without exception. Items that have been successfully delivered and unpacked are subject to inspection upon return. Buyer is responsible for any and all damages discovered during a return inspection and is responsible for filing a freight claim to recover any losses. All returned products must be in their original packaging and shipped back to us within 5 days of delivery. Any returns sent with postage or freight charges due at time of return will be refused. No exceptions.
All deliveries, unless specified otherwise, will be scheduled by the freight company by calling you to set up delivery. This ensures that someone is there to inspect and sign for the packages. Refusal of any delivery may result in storage fees accessed by the shipping company. If a furniture shipment is returned to us for refusal of delivery on the part of the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and a 30% restocking fee. This cost will be deducted from the original purchase price before any refund is issued.
Delivery Expectations and Curbside Delivery Terms
DadsBunkBeds.com work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery time frames are dependent on your location and weather permitting. All products, unless specified otherwise, are delivered via curbside delivery. Curbside delivery entails the freight company unloading your product/s at the end of your driveway of a house or in front of a residence building like a condo, apartment, etc. The driver may ask for your help to unload your packages, so if you are physically able to help, please do so at your discretion. At this time, we do not offer and inside delivery is not available. Though the driver is not obligated to bring your boxes into your home, you could offer the driver a tip to bring your packages inside your home. Again, this is completely up to the driver and is their sole decision. Keep in mind that some drivers will and some will not provide this courtesy. Alternately, you may be able to request for the freight company to provide to you, at your cost, additional delivery service such as inside delivery. The freight company will notify you to schedule a delivery time and day, so you can be prepared, if required, to have the necessary assistance to aid you in getting your purchase/s into your home.
If there are any possible delivery problems that would hinder successfully delivering your packages, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us. Most of our deliveries are completed by tractor trailer so it is the responsibility of the customer to notify DadsBunkBeds.com of limited or restricted turn-around and delivery areas, potential low power lines or bridges, trees, unimproved roads, etc. In the rare event that a delivery cannot be made due to access limitations, the customer agrees to meet the freight company transport at the closest and safest delivery location to receive the package/s. Some suggested places could be at the entrance of a condominiums or town home neighborhood, a nearby shopping mall or even the shipping terminal. In the case that a delivery cannot be made and/or the customer cannot meet the shipper at a nearby off-site location, the customer is subject to all additional incurred shipping charges.

DadsBunkBeds.com ships only to the lower 48 states. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses and P.O.Boxes. No exceptions.
Delivery Limitations
In the rare case that our carrier is unable to deliver to your location, we offer 2 alternatives:
We can offer you the option to utilize an additional carrier at your cost. The customer is responsible for any and all charges for this service and the cost is dependent on your location and weight. If you would like a quote, please let us know and we will be happy to provide you with the rate for this extra service.
You may select the option to simply cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Delivery Process / Damages / Refunds IMPORTANT -All customers are responsible to inspect their furniture when delivered. If, during the inspection, the customer notices visible damage to the condition of the delivery you MUST notate this on the Bill of Lading which the driver retains for their records. Any shipment that is not notated at time of delivery as being damaged, the packages will be considered by us and the shipper as being delivered in good condition and without damage. Any and all parts needed to be replaced due to damage but not reported at time of delivery, the customer assumes the cost to replace damaged parts and agrees to any and all shipping cost to deliver those parts. DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT - as in most cases, shipping freight is expensive and we will replace any damaged goods identified at time of delivery. Any damages or missing packages claims not reported at time of delivery will not be honored, due to the fact that the freight company needs written documentation to file a claim. We do not offer refunds for products that have already been shipped, attempted to be delivered, or delivered. We only offer replacements. NO EXCEPTIONS. In the outside chance that there is shipping damage, we will arrange to either repair or replace, in our sole discretion, of products, which do not conform to the manufacturer's specifications. Furniture may be repaired in your home or may be returned for repair. Customer agrees to accept delivery appointment for any backorders, repairs, pick-ups or replacement furniture to complete the order process. We may request digital pictures of damages and email correspondence so we may better understand and document all claims. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service, and we strive for excellence.
Manufacturer's Warranty
All products come with a 1(one) year manufacturer's warranty against defects. All component parts deemed by us as defective with be replaced free of charge via freight collect. Our products are made of wood and other materials. We do not consider variations of wood grain, color variation, open knots, texture and other naturally occurring characteristics to be a defects.
Idemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Dadsbunkbeds and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you access, submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services, your Use or misuse of the Services, your connection to the Services, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Dadsbunkbeds, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, (even if dadsbunkbeds has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or inability to use the services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the services (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmission or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the services; or (v) any other matter relating to the services
