All orders are shipped on a pallet via freight or through FedEx home delivery
Curbside delivery is provided for any and all order shipped via freight

Damages
Any and all items we sell at DadsBunkBeds.com is guaranteed and comes with a 1 year limited warranty
In the rare case you receive your product damaged, we will send you a replacement, so please do not refuse delivery
We request that you inspect the packages for damage when delivered, and notate "subject to inspection" on the bill of laden
We also request that you send us digital images of the damage and mail/email us a copy of the assembly diagram, listing or circling the part which is damaged . This will help us to better understand the damage and help in the claims process
Important - please notate on the bill of laden any and all damages during the delivery and please do not refuse delivery
